The policy is that we accept only solicited manuscripts.  

 If you choose to submit despite the policy, please do not be offended if we return a manuscript unread.  We have done so with some rather well-known poets.  No offense is intended.  The administration of Scienter Press is not the source of anyone’s living, and the time devoted to it must be kept under control.  

 Anyone considering submission should familiarize him/herself with the poets we have published.  Or read J.V. Cunningham and Yvor Winters.
